Vizitech USA President will be speaking at the 5th Annual AR/VR Conference in Washington, D.C. on September 9, 2025. MG Rodeheaver will be a featured panel member on "Military Training and Operations with Immersive Technologies". He will highlight how AI and immersive learning are coming together to make breakthrough learning experiences that apply to all workforces, military and civilian. Vizitech USA President, MG Charles S. Rodeheaver (USA, Retired) participated in a panel discussion focusing on US Defense and National Security and the emerging technologies intersection of XR overlayed with AI. The discussion focused on what it means for operational capabilities, training, and resilience along with the associated policies recommendations that can be put forward. The panel moderator, XR Association CEO, Elizabeth (Liz) Hyman asked what XR and AI look like in the field (military combat zone). Vizitech President emphasized that, "...XR and AI gives you back time you can't get anywhere else. The time it takes to teach someone how to do something is cut in half."

A new bill titled Immersive Technology for the American Workforce Act was introduced in the Senate that would create more opportunities for quality workforce training that leads to employment and help ensure every American has the skills they need to unlock their full potential. Vizitech USA has the immersive technology currently within schools and embedded in our workforce development upskilling/reskilling model that serves as a template for what the bill aims to achieve. "As technology becomes more integrated in our everyday lives, we must ensure we're harnessing its capabilities, like groundbreaking, immersive technology, to strengthen our labor force and equip American workers to meet increasing workforce needs," Katie Britt (R-Ala.)
