Partnering Philosophy

Vizitech Services provides high-performing and reliable personnel to U.S. federal, civil, and military agencies. Vizitech and our partner workforces are distinguished through the Vizitech Workforce Development Model which uses personalized and adaptive, immersive and artificial intelligence, training to elevate the performance of every employee.

We recognize that every employee instinctively seeks to perform well and appreciates recognition for their contributions.

Vizitech's Workforce Development Model places the employee as the centerpiece of the training program that drastically enhances self-awareness, self-confidence, and self-performance.

Results Achieved

Employees' performance on monotonous tasks, suffering from job-fatigue, or dealing with life stressors gain personal gratification through self-development.

Vizitech 5-Stage Workforce Development Model Cycle

Figure 1.1: Vizitech's 5-Stage Workforce Development Model outlines the process of self-development.

Stage 1: Position Matching Analysis

Vizitech has developed an evaluation tool available to candidates during applicant recruitment that provides them a baseline report on how well they match specific positions.

Stage 2: Skills Assessment

All employees undergo a skills assessment within 30 days of hire. The skills assessment includes weighted areas of concentration for skills development recommended for each employee.

Stage 3: Core Re-skilling & Up-skilling Training

All employees are given access to a suite of learning and development (proprietary AI and Immersive Training) tools that educate individuals on best practices for re-skilling and up-skilling based on the results of their skills assessment.

Stage 4: Individualized Re-skilling & Up-skilling Training

Employees can opt-in to receive expanded immersive and artificial intelligence professional development that enhances performance for their designated positions.

Stage 5: Self-Evaluation & Performance

The responsibility for performance is on the employee. Employees self-promote their achievements through a performance management system demonstrating how they have invested in skills training and applied it to their role.
