Mr. McRee is a Director of Sales at Vizitech, where he is responsible for all sales and business development activities for the states of Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Missouri. He is a seasoned leader in education, logistics and business development with both a BS and MS degree in Education combined with over 35 years of military and civilian experience. Mr. McRee has led in a variety of roles including Vice President of Manufacturing, Commander of Logistics, Regional Director of Business Development and Educator in Public Education. Before joining Vizitech, Mr. McRee served as the Director of Manufacturing for a company developing oxygen powder technology.

Current Role

In his current role, Mr. McRee is responsible for all activities within the sales and business development process within his designated sales region. He conducts and coordinates all sales activities from initial customer contact through customer initial training. He coordinates with cross-functional teams to enhance and refine the sales and business development processes. He coordinates with product developers to meet customers' future requirements as well as where the sales market direction is headed. He assists in establishing best practices for data-driven decision-making and collaborates with clients to tailor technology solutions to their unique educational and workforce needs. He also coordinates with universities and research institutions to test emerging technologies and mentors internal teams to foster innovation and professional growth.

Mr. McRee expertise includes leadership and instruction in a variety of learning and business development environments ranging from the traditional classroom to the dense vegetation of the jungle, to dry desolate desert, to corporate business, including combat. He thoroughly understands project management and implementing evidence-based strategies to improve learning outcomes. His extensive experience vastly contributes to Vizitech's innovative approach to sales and business development, which ensures measurable impact for clients.

Personal Interests

Beyond his professional work, Mr. McRee mentors men in a men's ministry referred to as "Band of Brothers". He also substitute teaches in the Cleveland Public School System in Cleveland, OK. He enjoys hunting, fishing, golf and pickleball. Guided by his faith and foundational principles of integrity, trust, hard work, and dedication, he brings both expertise and passion to every project he undertakes.
